Let’s start the day with masala oats
We like eating oats but not in milk and not by making them sweet.
So I added all the vegetables what I had along with some tempering and here’s my meal which is videshi to desi.
Steps to cook:
1. Add 1/2 tsp oil
2. Add pinch of cumin seeds and black pepper seeds and let them crackle
3. Add 1/2 chopped small tomato
4. Chopped spinach, curry leaves, bell pepper, mushroom and beans (can be added any veggie)
5. 1/2 cup of old fashioned oats
6. 2 cups of water
7. Let them cook on high flame until all dried up(if you like soupy oats you can close the flame whenever you feel@like it’s good for you).
7. It’s ready!
