Pasta is a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine



Easy pasta dishes cook quickly, full of veggies and offer endless possibilities. Try one of these quick and easy pasta recipes tonight!


Serves: 2 INGREDIENTS

  • 1 CUP PASTA

  • ½ TSP OIL

  • ¼ CUP BOROCOLLI

  • ¼ CUP MUSHROOM

  • ¼ CUP YELLOW, ORANGE, GREEN & YELLOW BELLPEPPER

  • ¼ SLICED ONION

  • ¼ CUP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES

  • ¼ CUP GRATED OR SLICED CARROTS

  • 1 TSP BUTTER

  • 2 TSP MAYONNAISE

  • ½ TSP OREGANO

  • ¼ TSP CHILLI FLAKES

  • ½ TSP MIXED HERBS

  • ¼ CUP BOILED CORNS

  • SALT TO TASTE

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Boil the pasta in a large pan.When the pasta is cooked, drain; rinse with cold water to cool. 

  • Boil corn in a separate pan with a pinch of salt and sugar.Drain it and keep aside.

  • Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Once hot, add broccoli, carrot, onions, mushroom, bellpepper stir them for 2-3 minutes.

  • Add Mayo and butter, microwave it for 30 seconds to melt it.

  • Add pasta, salt, mixed herbs and mayo butter mixture and mix them well.

  • Garnish it with coriander leaves and its ready to eat. 

  • Enjoy your Pasta!

QUICK TIPS - 

  • While boiling pasta add 1/4 tsp of oil to avoid sticking of pasta with each other.

  • You can garnish it with parmesan cheese too.
