Serves: 2 INGREDIENTS
1 CUP PASTA
½ TSP OIL
¼ CUP BOROCOLLI
¼ CUP MUSHROOM
¼ CUP YELLOW, ORANGE, GREEN & YELLOW BELLPEPPER
¼ SLICED ONION
¼ CUP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
¼ CUP GRATED OR SLICED CARROTS
1 TSP BUTTER
2 TSP MAYONNAISE
½ TSP OREGANO
¼ TSP CHILLI FLAKES
½ TSP MIXED HERBS
¼ CUP BOILED CORNS
SALT TO TASTE
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil the pasta in a large pan.When the pasta is cooked, drain; rinse with cold water to cool.
Boil corn in a separate pan with a pinch of salt and sugar.Drain it and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Once hot, add broccoli, carrot, onions, mushroom, bellpepper stir them for 2-3 minutes.
Add Mayo and butter, microwave it for 30 seconds to melt it.
Add pasta, salt, mixed herbs and mayo butter mixture and mix them well.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and its ready to eat.

QUICK TIPS -
While boiling pasta add 1/4 tsp of oil to avoid sticking of pasta with each other.
You can garnish it with parmesan cheese too.
