Serves: 3 INGREDIENTS
2 CUPS VERMICELLI
2 TBSP OIL
½ TSP MUSTARD SEEDS
½ TSP CUMIN SEEDS
1 SLICED GREEN CHILLIES
¼ CUP CHOPPED BEANS
¼ CUP CHOPPED MUSHROOM
¼ CUP CHOPPED OR GRATED CARROT
½ CUP MIXED SLICED BELL PEPPER
½ CUP CHOPPED TOMATO
½ TSP TURMERIC POWDER
SALT TO TASTE
1 CUP CHOPPED SPINACH
¼ CUP CORIANDER
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil the vermicelli and keep it aside
Heat the oil in the pan
Add mustard and cumin seeds, let them crackle
Add green chilies
Add tomatoes, sauté them for 2 minutes
Add rest everything one by one and keep stirring.
Mix them along and add vermicelli
Cover the pan with the lid on low flame
Let it cook for 5 minutes.
Garnish with coriander
Serve hot!
QUICK TIPS
You can add peanuts or roasted chana dal to make it little crunchy
You can add any other vegetables if you want like peas, corn
